We run bespoke kayaking and stand up paddle tours right through the heart of Carrick-On-Shannon. We cater to everyone from groups of friends, families, birthday parties, team bonding days, school groups, hens and stags! 

As you paddle along, you'll take in the wonders and sights of the ever-changing Shannon River, situated near the welcoming historic town of Carrick-on-Shannon. Enjoying the beautiful Irish vista as the Shannon twists and weaves you to your destination.

No tour is ever the same. One moment you will enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves against your Kayak or SUP board and in the next, you'll be pulled into the thrill and excitement of a more challenging river adventure. 

Our seasoned instructors are on hand to navigate you in the right direction, making sure that you’re safe and secure during your trip.

Essential equipment is provided and there are double kayaks available upon request. All you need is a sense of wonder and adventure, and we'll do the rest. Group discounts apply for groups of 5 adults or more, please email info@thepaddleshack.ie for more info.
